SuperGen and Level Down Games are coming together under one brand and one umbrella (SuperGen) to continue doing what we love most, creating content. What does this mean for you? Well, a lot! Now that LDG has joined forces with the guys in SuperGen, we’re all able to do more and create more at the same time. This means more reviews, more written articles, videos, video reviews, podcasts, professional wrestling talk, general pop culture discussions, Twitch streams, commentaries, reaction videos, and a whole lot more!

So who are we? The staff will consist of the Level Down Games crew (Bryan and Jessica) as well as the staff at SuperGen (Alex, Ryan, Joe, Andy, and Christian). Level Down Games was started in the Summer of 2016 by Bryan, a passionate gamer since the age of three, with one goal in mind. To eventually turn this into a worldwide hub for all things related to video games and technology. On the other hand, SuperGen is the creation after years of hard work and different forms for Alex, Ryan, Joe, Andy, and Christian. The result? What you see here! We understand that there are a plethora of other gaming related websites currently active and generating content on the internet. But there’s always room for one more! Especially because we feel as if our collective interests often go under-represented.

We have big plans for the future and are going to work extremely hard to entertain all of you and provide you with the best reviews in the gaming media industry and make sure you stay up-to-date on the things you need to know! So stick around. We’d love to get to know you better.

Ryan Podolski

Ryan Podolski

At the ripe, young age of 6, Ryan first felt the glory of an SNES controller in his hands… and his life has never been the same since. Spending his childhood scouring rental stores and growing up mesmerized by “Gamecube water,” his interest in gaming and technology has been a flame that only burns brighter with time. It is apparent upon meeting him that he is a man of refined taste and culture. Outside of the gaming realm, he can be found exploring his passion with music: exploring all of its genres, following Phish, and strumming his guitar hoping one day to write something meaningful of his own. Now, it is his turn to give back in an industry that has given him so much. Driven and dedicated, Ryan is the blue shell in Mario Kart that despite your best efforts, you cannot avoid.

He enlisted Alex to help with a video project last minute one snowy day in 2010, and he’s counted him in for every one since; in fact this very bio was written by that lovable hunk, Alex.
